Incredibly horrible customer service. Beware - they do not warn you when machines are broken.

Lady attendant very helpful and friendly. The hours the lady is there she keeps things clean and running smoothly
Mid vacation laundry day was a success. Done promptly but a few machines were out of order. I'm not a laundry mat person but it was clean and reasonably priced
Great service and help. I will NOT go if the associate is not here and some of the machines need help but other than the price going up 3 times in 1 yr I don't have much of a problem
