I worked there for about a month and a half and was looking for another job so I could quit already. The drama there is ridiculous, the people are rude as hell, they would assign about 10 residents to just one CNA which is impossible to get done before our shifts would end, yet if we didn't get it done we would get in trouble. I was treated like crap there and so were many other new CNA's. Three quit within a week and I even know a few more from my class that are looking for different jobs too. Ridiculous there.
Would not send my loved ones here , not friendly, rude they don't care.
I was a CNA here for a couple of months. I quite because it was reprehensible the way it was run. Patient to Aide ratio was 12 to 1. (Twelve patients to one aide). The poor residents would wait ridiculous amounts of time to be toileted. The CNA's were very good and caring. The deliberate and methodical under staffing is responsible for the horrid conditions. The Company Mantra is " You have to manage your time better." The owners will burn in hell.
