You guys are impossible to get in touch with! I have two uniform traffic tickets that were sent to me (that I got in March 2017) and I need to pay tickets but you guys sent it to the wrong address. I have called and called again to change the address and get help. I cannot believe that since April I have not gotten a response! I have emailed too and got one response. I got called right away (which I appreciated) but the call got disconnected because I couldn't hear the person I was speaking to then she hung up. But I was upset that instead of apologizing she asked right away when I contacted the office. I need help, I don't need to be investigated. On top of that, she was rude. I don't need help from someone who is going to be rude to me. If I get in trouble for not paying these tickets on time, it's on you guys. I have the times I've called and emails and no response. I will keep calling until I get a response. This is absolutely ridiculous.
