Went into the shop for an oil change on Monday. They did the oil change and did a quick look over of the rest of the car (or so they said). They said there was a noise coming from the front of the vehicle that was probably a strut. I have yet observe said noise. I did however have my car die on the side of the road on Friday (4 days later) in cold weather and upon popping the hood there was so much corrosion on the battery terminals you could barely see the terminals, something no one mentioned to me but was very obvious. My family has used this particular location for several generations now and have had great service but ever since they went from being Massena Chrysler Dodge and Jeep under Al McGrath to management under Blevins, the prices seem to be going up and they ALWAYS manage to find something further "wrong" with your vehicle than what you came into the shop for. No longer impressed.
